West Indies captain Brian Lara won the toss and elected to bat against India in the third Test at St Kitts on Thursday.

India made two changes in the line-up, Harbhajan Singh and S Sreesanth coming in place of VRV Singh and Irfan Pathan.

The West Indies made one change from the team that played in the second Test, with Marlon Samuels replacing Ian Bradshaw.

The start was delayed by 2-1/2 hours due to a wet outfield, caused by overnight rain.

Teams:

India: Rahul Dravid (captain), Virender Sehwag, Wasim Jaffer, VVS Laxman, Yuvraj Singh, Mohammed Kaif, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Anil Kumble, Harbhajan Singh, Sreesanth and Munaf Patel.

West Indies: Brian Lara (captain), Chris Gayle, Daren Ganga, Ramnaresh Sarwan, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Dwayne Bravo, Denesh Ramdin, Marlon Samuels, Corey Collymore, Pedro Collins and Jerome Taylor.

Umpires: Brian Jerling (SA) and Rudi Koertzen (SA)

Match Referee: Jeff Crowe (NZ).
