India won the toss and elected to bat in the fourth one-day international match against England at Old Trafford in Manchester on Thursday.
Dravid, who did not hesitate to take the decision of setting a target on a batsman-friendly track, made one change in the team by bringing in Ajit Agarkar in place paceman Munaf Patel.
The good news for England was that their skipper Paul Collingwood, who was down with stomach cramps, was declared fit to play.
The hosts also received a boost as all-rounder Andrew Flintoff overcame his injury to replace seamer Chris Tremlett.
