Putting an end to speculations of his foray into Bollywood, the Pakistani pacer Shoaib Akhtar on Tuesday said he had no immediate plans to "act".

Akhtar, who was in North Mumbai to participate in a television singing competition 'Jjhoom India' as a guest, said that for him cricket was a priority and he had no immediate plans of getting into acting.

"I am very busy with my cricketing commitments and have no immediate plans for acting," Shoaib told reporters. The bowler said that he was offered four to five scripts during the Pakistani cricket team's recent tour to India but he hadn't given any serious thought to them.

"Even if I do films later, it will be for charity as I want to build a hospital and a school for the orphans," the pacer, who is fondly called "Rawalpindi Express", said.

He was apparently offered lead role in "Gangster" by filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt earlier, but he turned it down. Later, the film was made with Shiney Ahuja, Emraan Hashmi and Kangana Ranaut and was a hit.

Shoaib said he was a big fan of Indian actors like Madhuri Dixit, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, and also admired yesteryears' actress Madhubala.

The speedster said he likes to sings and listens to music beat the stress.

"I like listening to Nusrat (Fateh Ali Khan), Kishore Kumar and Rafi," Shoaib said adding that he loves driving bikes.
