The statistical highlights of the Twenty20 World Cup match between New Zealand and Kenya at Kingsmead in Durban on Wednesday.

- This was New Zealand's sixth Twenty20 game and their first against Kenya.

- New Zealand's nine-wicket win is their second biggest in Twenty20 internationals, next only to South Africa's 10-wicket triumph against Pakistan at Johannesburg in February.

- New Zealand, with their third victory in six games, now share the record for most wins with South Africa, Pakistan and Australia.

- Kenya have lost all three games -- one each to Bangladesh, Pakistan and New Zealand.

- Kenya (3 matches) and Zimbabwe (1) are the only two teams so far not to register a single win in Twenty20 internationals.

- Kenya's total 73 is the lowest ever score in Twenty20 internationals, eclipsing Australia's 79 against England at Rose Bowl in June 2005.

- For the first time in 21 games, the top four batsmen were dismissed without scoring -- Maurice Ouma, David Obuya, Tanmay Mishra and Steve Tikolo.

- Kenya became the first team to lose the first three wickets without any run on the board.

- Overall, Kenya's six batsmen failed to score, which is another dubious distinction recorded by them, obliterating Australia's three ducks in their innings of 79 against England at The Rose Bowl in June 2005.

- Dave Obuya became the first batsman to be dismissed 'hit wicket' in Twenty20 internationals -- the bowler performing the feat is Mark Gillespie.

- Mark Gillespie (2.5-0-7-4) produced the best bowling figures in Twenty20 internationals, bettering England's Paul Collingwood's 4 for 22 against Sri Lanka at Rose Bowl on in June 2006.

- Gillespie is now the fourth bowler to have claimed four wickets in an innings. Apart from Gillespie and Collingwood, Jon Lewis (England) -- 4 for 24 against Australia at Rose Bowl in June 2005 and Australian Michael Kasprowicz's 4 for 29 against New Zealand at Auckland on in February 2005 have bagged four wickets in an innings.

- Gillespie's economy rate of 2.47 is the best by a New Zealand bowler in an innings.

- Gillespie got his first Man of the Match award.
