Anil Kumble believes that India has a great chance to beat Pakistan in the grand finale of the Twenty20 World Cup in Johannesburg in South Africa on Monday.

"Considering our form, enthusiasm and the manner in which we've defeated strong teams like South Africa and Australia on our way to the final, there is no reason why we shouldn't beat Pakistan in the final. We've already won against Pakistan in the earlier round and it should boost our players' confidence further," the ace leg-spinner told rediff.com on Monday.

Asked whether any one player is going to be the trump-card for India in the final, Kumble said, "You can't single out a particular player and say he is going to be the trump card. No, it's not possible. The fact is the entire team has played very well in the Twenty20 World Cup and it's because of the sustained collective effort of our players that we've made it to the final."

"All the batsmen, not just Yuvraj Singh, have performed brilliantly. They've been right on the target in terms of shot selection and have been very consistent as well. The bowlers, too, have bowled extremely well throughout the championship and showed a lot of character even when the going has gone a bit tough."

The country's highest wicket-taker in Test cricket reiterated that India should have no problems whatsoever in winning the final.

"We've great chances to win, all things considered. It would be wonderful to win the inaugural Twenty20 World Cup," emphasised Kumble.
