No. They didn't manipulate it. They didn't know that KNPH would be such a huge hit.

Fiza and Mission Kashmir began before KNPH released. After KNPH, luckily or unluckily both these films were seen in a different light.

People were looking forward to my next film. Fiza was touted as my next release. So, indirectly it became my film.

Likewise Mission Kashmir became my third film. In the posters for the film I was placed in the center with Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff on either side. I knew this was wrong. The audience was being cheated. I said it wouldn't work and the film didn't.
