Why was Satyendra betrayed?

Narayana Murthy's statement

Observing that the killing of National Highway Authority of India project manager Satyendra Kumar Dubey was a reflection of the prevailing poor law and order situation in Bihar, a division bench ordered that the security plan be submitted to the high court registrar general by Thursday evening.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Ravi S Dhavan and Justice Shashank Kumar Singh was hearing a PIL filed by an advocate, M P Gupta, alleging that the future of the project was in danger due to the Dubey's killing in Gaya on November 27.

The court adjourned the hearing on the matter for Friday.
