Unidentified bodies of serial blasts victims will undergo DNA tests from Monday. This was necessitated as there were several claimants to some of the charred bodies.

Unruly scenes were being witnessed at Delhi hospitals, especially Safdarjung, since Saturday's massive serial blasts that killed over 62 persons and left more than 200 injured.

Three families were seen on Monday quarelling over charred bodies of two children in the Safdarjung morgue. The same scenes were witnessed at the hospital on Sunday, too, leaving the police in a fix.

"We can release a body only if the claim is undisputed," said Assistant Commissioner of Police Asif Mohammed Ali.

The problem was made worse by the fact that most of the bodies, which are in a highly mutilated state, were fast decomposing, doctors said.
