2153 - India's run-aggregate in the series - their second highest in a three match series. India had aggregated 2189 runs in the 2007-08 home series against Pakistan

617 - Target set by India for New Zealand to win the third Test - the highest fourth innings target they have ever set against any side in Test cricket

183 - Catches taken by Rahul Dravid in the field - most by any player in Test cricket history. Dravid moved ahead of Australia's Mark Waugh's tally of 181.

110 - Zaheer's run-aggregate in the series - first time he has managed to score 100 runs in a series.

13 - Number of wickets Zaheer Khan has taken in this series, which equals the best performance by an Indian pacer in a series against New Zealand. Ramakant Desai (in 1964-65) and Javagal Srinath (in 1999-00) have also taken 13 wickets.

3 - Number of times MS Dhoni has scored fifties in both innings of a Test - most by any wicketkeeper-captain in Test cricket.
