Statistical highlights of Thursday's Indian Premier League match between Delhi Daredevils and Chennai Super Kings in Durban.

# AB de Villiers became the first Delhi batsman and seventh overall to register a hundred in the IPL. He joined Adam Gilchrist, Sanath Jayasuriya, Shaun Marsh, Brendon McCullum, Andrew Symonds and Michael Hussey.

# His outstanding innings -- unbeaten 105 off 54 balls -- is also his first hundred in Twenty20.

# Dilshan registered his first fifty the IPL, reaching his 50 off only 24 balls.

# Delhi Daredevils, with their nine-run triumph, became the second side after Deccan Chargers to post back-to-back victories in the 2009 edition of the IPL.

# Andrew Flintoff (4-0-50-0) registered his worst bowling figures in the IPL. For the first time in an IPL innings, he could not claim a wicket.

# Matthew Hayden posted his fourth IPL fifty.

# Lakshmipathy Balaji became the first Chennai bowler to capture three wickets in an IPL innings against Delhi.

# De Villiers and Manoj Tiwary were involved in a 74-run stand for the fifth wicket, which is Delhi's highest.
