Statistical highlights of the Indian Premier League match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Deccan Chargers, in Centurion, on Thursday.

# Royal Challengers Bangalore posted their third victory in four IPL matches against Deccan Chargers.

# Bangalore recorded their eighth win in 14 matches in the second edition of the IPL. With 16 points in 14 games, Royal Challengers Bangalore placed behind leaders Delhi Daredevils (20) and Chennai Super Kings (17).

# Deccan Chargers, due to their plus net run-rate, placed fourth.

# Manish Pandey's outstanding knock of 114 off 73 balls is his career-best score in Twenty20 -- his first hundred, which is also the first by an Indian in the IPL.

# Pandey is the first Bangalore player and the eighth overall to post a hundred in the IPL.

# Sanath Jayasuriya, Adam Gilchrist, Brendon McCullum, Andrew Symonds, Michael Hussey and Shaun Marsh, had recorded centuries in the first edition while Abraham de Villiers and Manish Pandey scored in IPL 2009.
