IPL commissioner Lalit Modi gave state officials in Jaipur a piece of his mind for harassing the Rajasthan Royals' team management.

The officials had locked the Rajasthan team's temporary office at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, which angered Modi.

On finding the western block of the stadium, which housed their temporary office locked, the Rajasthan Royals team management had threatened to shift the IPL matches from Jaipur to another venue.

"My team and RR officials have been harassed by state officials. Is this the way to hold matches in a state? That is why I have boycotted Jaipur matches," Modi wrote on his Twitter page.

"Top officials of RR were detained by authorities for most of the day yesterday. Very sad. Very annoying for our fans that the people in charge at Jaipur treat people this way both our franchise and fans" said Modi

Modi also expressed concern over the issue of black marketing of IPL tickets.
