Sehwag equals Sobers' world record

Virender Sehwag equalled West Indian Gary Sobers' world record of being the quickest to 7000-run mark in Test cricket.

Likewise the legendary Sobers, India's dashing opener Sehwag also took 79 Tests to accomplish this feat.

In terms of innings, Sehwag is second quickest after Wally Hammond, having taken three more innings than Englishman's 131.
