India pacer Zaheer Khan is likely to miss the One-Day International series against South Africa after suffering an injury during the second and final Test in Kolkata.

Zaheer, who bowled just 5.1 overs out of the team's 34 overs on the fourth day, has sustained a muscle strain in his leg. He didn't take the field at all on the morning session on day five as India chased a series leveling victory.

It is learnt that S Sreesanth will replace the Mumbai pacer for the three-match ODI series beginning in Jaipur on February 21.

Yuvraj Singh and Gautam Gambhir are also missing the first two matches because of injuries, while Harbhajan Singh opted out because of his sister's marriage.
