The Centre assured that adequate security would be provided to the three-match cricket ODI series between India and South Africa starting February 21.

The first match of the series will be played on February 21 in Jaipur while the other two are scheduled in Gwalior (February 24) and Ahmedabad (February 27) respectively.

"Adequate security will be provided for all the three one-day international cricket matches between India and South Africa," Home Ministry sources said.

Sources added that there was no specific threat to the match in Jaipur and a good number of para-military personnel will also be deployed at the venues.
