Statistical Highlights from the fifth match of the ICC World Twenty20 between India and South Africa in St Lucia on Sunday.

# Piyush Chawla was making his Twenty20 International debut. He became 28th player to represent India in this format of the game. Interestingly as many as 10 players have made their debut during the World Cups - 7 in 2007-08, one in 2009 and two in 2009-10. Murali Vijay is the other Indian to have made his debut during the ongoing World Cup.

# Yuvraj Singh's two sixes on Sunday took his tally of sixes in Twenty20 internationals to 38 - equalling New Zealander Brendon McCullum's world record. Interestingly Yuvraj played 16 innings less to equal McCullum's record!

# Suresh Raina (101) became first Indian and only the third batsman in Twenty20 Internationals history to score a hundred. The previous highest individual score by an Indian batsman in this form of the game was Gautam Gambhir's 75 against Pakistan at Johannesburg on September 24, 2007.

# Raina took 42 balls to score his first 50 runs, but only 18 more to score his next 51!

# Raina hit five sixes during his innings - the second such occasion for him. He had also hit 5 sixes against New Zealand at Christchurch on February 25, 2009. Raina is only the second Indian to hit five sixes on more than one occasion after Yuvraj Singh, who has done this on three occasions.

# The 18th over of the Indian innings (bowled by Rory Kleinveldt) produced 25 runs. This is the most expensive over ever bowled by a South African bowler in T20s. Albie Morkel had conceded 24 runs against New Zealand at Durban on September 19, 2007.

# The last 5 overs of the Indian innings produced 75 runs. There has been only one better performance for India in all Twenty20 Internationals. Against England at Durban on September 19, 2007 India had made 80 runs in the last 5 overs.

# India's total of 186 for 5 is their highest against South Africa. Their previous best was 153 for 5 at Durban on September 20, 2007.

# Jacques Kallis's 73 is the highest individual score by a South African batsman against India, obliterating AB de Villiers's 63 at Nottingham on June 16, 2009.

# South Africa's total of 172 for 5 is their highest against India. Their previous best was 130 for 5 at Nottingham on June 16, 2009.
