Australia [ Images ] wicketkeeper-batsman Brad Haddin [ Images ] has been fined 10 per cent of his match fee for breaching the ICC [ Images ] Code of Conduct during his team's seven-wicket defeat against England [ Images ] in the final of the ICC World Twenty20 [ Images ] at Kensington Oval.
Haddin was charged with a Level 1 offence under article 2.1.3 of the code, which relates to "showing dissent at an umpire's decision during an international match".
The right-hander pleaded guilty to the charge and as such, under the provisions of the code, Match Referee Ranjan Madugalle determined the matter without the need for a full hearing.
The match referee imposed a fine equivalent to 10 per cent of the player's match fee.
The charge was brought by on-field umpires Billy Doctrove [ Images ] and Aleem Dar as well as third umpire Billy Bowden and fourth official Rudi Koertzen [ Images ].
