Without doubt, Ravindra Jadeja was the top performer as India beat the West Indies on Tuesday to seal a berth in the ICC Champions Trophy semi-finals.

- Scorecard

Handed the ball immediately after the first drinks break (18th over), with West Indies comfortably-placed at 92 for one, Jadeja's first over was a maiden.

Ravindta JadejaIn his second, the left-armer foxed Johnson Charles (60) with a straighter one, having the opener out leg before and thereby providing India the breakthrough that they so desperately needed.

Jadeja's third over had him account for Marlon Samuels (1), another leg before decision albeit aided by a review.

And in his fourth, the Saurashtra bowler had the experienced Ramnaresh Sarwan (1) caught behind.

Jadeja's first spell figures (5-1-10-3) made for an impressive read and his effort ensured the West Indies were down to 118 for four from a seemingly comfortable position.

Jadeja returned to account for Sunil Narine (2) and Ravi Rampaul (2), to finish with career-best figures of five for 36.
