Brimming with confidence after an emphatic win over India in Pune Test, Australian all-rounder Mitchell Marsh on Wednesday said they are expecting a 'great fight' against the hosts in the second Test of the four-match series beginning Saturday at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Australia bowled out Virat Kohli-led side for paltry totals of 105 and 107 in the two innings, with leg spinner Steve O'Keefe taking a total of 12 wickets as the visitors wrapped up a 333-run win inside three days.

O' Keefe's match figures 12 wickets for 70 were in fact the best ever by a visiting spinner in India.

"This team (India) will certainly come hard at us. We are expecting a great fight and although we are 1-0 up in the series, it's going to be game on," Mitchell said.

Australia have a great Test record at Bengaluru's Chinnaswamy, having won two and lost just one out of the five Tests they played at this venue.

On the other hand, India have won six and lost the same number of matches in the 21 Tests they have played at this venue. The remaining games have ended in draw.

"We will want to continue our winning ways at this ground. And hopefully that would be the case in six days of time," Mitchell insisted.

Speaking about the Pune victory, Mitchell said, "It was probably one of the best victories that I have been played in my 20 Tests. It was a great win."
