After guiding Chennai Super Kings to a record-equalling fifth Indian Premier League title, Thala was seen sporting a quirky outfit as he spend time with family and friends.
Following the IPL final, Thala underwent knee surgery, following which he headed home to recover.
Many compared Dhoni's look to Bollywood star Ranveer Singh, who is known to sport quirky outfits.
