Harbhajan Singh strikes

Extracting life out of a bald track at the Barkatullah stadium, Punjab off-spinner Harbhajan Singh spun a web around the New Zealand batsmen to claim four wickets and restrict the visitors for 248 for five in reply to Board President's 298 in the first innings on the penultimate day of the three-day match in Jodhpur today.

At close, Craig McMillan and Adam Parore were batting on 44 and 5 respectively.

Harbhajan returned with 4 for 63.

Earlier in the morning, Board President's eleven were out for 298.
