Probables for Asia Cup

The Board of Control for Cricket in India today named 25 probables for the Asia Cup camp to be held at Pune from May 14 to 24. The final 14 for the tournament, which features Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and India, will be named on May 23.

Rahul Dravid and Anil Kumble have been included among the probables but have been exempted from attending the camp because of commitments in the English county league.

A notable omission in the list however is Venkata Sai Laxman, the highest run-getter in the Ranji Trophy this season.
