Barely 24 hours after UEFA found the Italian playmaker guilty of "gross unsporting conduct" a website has launched a game "Spit with Totti" (www.giava.com/sputott/).
Each time Totti hits one of the red-shirted players that scroll across the screen - Danes, presumably - he raises his arm in triumph.
When he hits 11, he swaggers off arm-in-arm with girlfriend Ilary Blasi. Totti was hit with the ban after being spotted spitting into the face of Denmark's Christian Poulsen.
Totti probably won't be too bothered by the game as he has already shown a nice line in self-deprecating humour.
His thick Roman accent and reputed lack of intelligence last year inspired a book, All The Jokes About Totti, which proved a bestseller, raising millions of euros for childrens' charity UNICEF, for whom Totti is an ambassador.
His latest exploits have already prompted calls for an updated version to include all the jokes inspired by Euro 2004.
"Hey, Frankie, where's Sweden?" a team mate asks Totti about another of Italy's Group C opponents.
"Within spitting distance of Denmark," comes the answer.
