Brazil have recalled Ronaldinho and Kaka for next month's soccer friendlies against Argentina and Wales in London.

However, there is still no place for strikers Ronaldo and Adriano, both heavily criticised for their performances at the World Cup, former captain Cafu or goalkeeper Dida.

Coach Dunga, who replaced Carlos Alberto Parreira following Brazil's quarter-final exit in Germany, had omitted Ronaldinho and Kaka from his first game in charge against Norway.

Brazil drew 1-1 with Norway in Oslo on Wednesday.

Dunga also named 21-year-old forward Rafael Sobis, who was the inspiration for Internacional as they won the Libertadores Cup, the South American equivalent of the Champions League.

The squad was announced in a statement on the Brazilian Football Confederation's official web site.

Brazil face neighbours Argentina at Arsenal's new stadium on September 3, their first meeting since Brazil's memorable 4-1 win at the Confederations Cup final in Germany last year.

They play Wales two days later at White Hart Lane.

The first match will mark Alfio Basile's debut as coach of Argentina.

The squad:

Goalkeepers: Gomes (PSV Eindhoven, Netherlands), Fabio (Cruzeiro)

Defenders: Cicinho (Real Madrid, Spain), Maicon (Inter Milan, Italy), Marcelo (Fluminense), Gilberto (Hertha Berlin, Germany), Luisao (Benfica, Portugal), Alex (PSV Eindhoven, Netherlands), Lucio (Bayern Munich, Germany), Juan (Bayer Leverkusen, Germany)

Midfielders: Gilberto Silva (Arsenal, England), Edmilson (Barcelona, Spain), Dudu Cearense (CSKA Moscow, Russia), Kaka (AC Milan, Italy), Ronaldinho (Barcelona, Spain), Elano (Shakhtar Donetsk, Ukraine), Julio Baptista (Real Madrid, Spain), Daniel Carvalho (CSKA Moscow, Russia)

Forwards: Robinho (Real Madrid, Spain), Fred (Olympique Lyon, France), Vagner Love (CSKA Moscow, Russia), Rafael Sobis (Internacional)
