Defending champion Ritwik Bhattacharya beat compatriot Saurav Ghosal 8-11, 11-7, 11-6, 11-7 in the One-Star ICL Chennai Open World Professional Squash Championship on Saturday.
Second seed Bhattacharya, India's highest ranked player, was through in 55 minutes, to set up a summit clash with third seed Dylan Bennett of the Netherlands on Sunday.
In the second semi-final, which saw the players objecting to the referee's verdict, Bennett won the first two games but lost his cool when he lost the third game.
He was serving for the match at 10-8 when the referee awarded a 'stroke' to his opponent, Majid Khan of Pakistan and the Dutch showed his anger by hurling his racquet. The Pakistani won the game on extra tie-break.
However, Bennett wrapped up the fourth game and match at 11-4, 11-8, 10-11 (0-2), 11-7 in 54 minutes.
In Sunday's final, Bhattacharya is expected to continue his sequence of victories over Bennett.
