Life... science tries to define it by examining
the purpose and functioning of each atom.
Life... religion defines it more profoundly, more holistically.
PARAI have tried to present these two diverse
fields of thought as bound together inextricably in their quest
for life. My inner vision says
that life is a complex web of innumerable aspects.
PARAThe headgear represents mystery, myth, tradition,
culture and religion. In the beginning, it glows alone; omnipotent,
omnipresent, omniscient, till it transcends on matter. 'Life'
or 'matter' is represented by the mechanical screws of time; interconnected
and interdependent, symbolising hierarchical levels of existence. However, after a while, it comes to a standstill
depicting the physical end of life. The headgear now glows again, in an enigmatic quest for a newer life...
