Anderson's first delivery of the day comes in sharply as Dhoni gets a thick inside edge for a single on the leg side, if he had missed he would have been dead in front of the stumps. Kohli is then outisde the off-stump as the ball continues to keep low and bounces once before going to the wicketkeeper.

Panesar to bowl the second over of the day from the City End. He starts with two full deliveries before a slightly short of length ball is hit to mid-off for a single and Kohli is content to block the rest of the over.

Anderson continues to trouble the Indian batsmen. He gets a thick outside edge as he looks to steer it on the off-side and it flies past wicketkeeper Prior for a boundary and again the low bounce was evident.

Kohli is biding his time, has cut out the expansive drives shot for now and is looking to spend time at the wicket and plays out a maiden over from Panesar.

India have scored six runs from the first five overs, which included that edged boundary from Dhoni.

Kohli is batting on 11 from 53 balls and Dhoni on 14 from 37 balls. The duo have put on 22 runs in 13.2 overs for the fifth wicket.
