Chennai win toss, elect to bat vs Punjab

Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has won the toss and elected to bat against Punjab in the third match of IPL 7.

The four overseas players for two-time champions Chennai are Faf du Plessis, Brendon McCullum, Dwayne Smith and Dwayne Bravo.

Left-hander Suresh Raina will be playing in his 100th IPL match and all of those appearances have been for CSK since he joined them in 2008.
