20:02
The big talking point has been the exclusion of veteran Hogg, who has been exceptional with the ball since he was included in KKR's team.

19:30   Do-or-die for Mumbai Indians against champions KKR
Welcome to the coverage of 51st match of the Indian Premier League between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede stadium, in Mumbai, on Thursday.

Mumbai Indians face a massive task of saving their campaign when they face KKR.

Their juggernaut having come to a halt against the batting might of Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mumbai Indians face a virtual make or break situation now.

Before their loss to RCB last Sunday, Mumbai enjoyed a superb five-game winning streak.

But MI would be seeking inspiration from their overall 10-5 win-loss record against KKR who, however, won their previous season-opening clash on April 8 by seven wickets.

MI were inflicted by the brutal assault on their bowling attack by Bangalore's AB de Villiers who smashed 133 not out off just 59 balls.

Sarfaraz skies the fifth ball on the off-side and is caught at thirdman after scoring four.

A single from the last ball sees RCB finish on a disappointing 84 for six in their 10 overs to lose by 22 runs.

A clinical performance from Punjab, who never let go off the momentum after athe quickfire start from Saha, who smashed 31 from 12 balls at the top of the order.

With the ball, Axar (2 for 11) and Hendricks (1 for 9) conceded just 20 runs in their four overs combined as Bangalore struggled to get the desired momentum in their innings and finished well short of their mark.

Gayle has gone into a shell and is content to take just the singles as Sandeep does well to keep things quiet.

He provides Punjab a big boost with the wicket of Gayle, who is caught behind for 17. Once again it is the short ball outside the off-stump which troubles Gayle, who has a wild swing but gets an edge and is caught by wicketkeeper Saha.

Mandeep Singh gets off the mark in style with a cracking boundary through the covers followed by a single from the last ball.

At the halfway stage, RCB are 49 for two with another 58 runs needed from the remaining 30 deliveries for victory.
