SL 181-6 (44 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Kohli brings back pacer Bhuvneshwar as he looks for more wickets, knowing that another wicket here will expose the Sri Lankan tailenders.

Sri Lanka's batsmen have struggled to rotate the strike right from the start. Captain Kapugedera plays two dot balls before taking one and Milinda Siriwardana also picks a single from the next ball.

Bhuvi tries a slower ball as Kapugedera hammers through the covers for a four but Sri Lanka still get only six from the over.

Change of ends for Axar as he takes over from Bumrah, who has three overs left.

Siriwardana edges the first ball from Axar as he looks to cut and it goes fine off wicketkeeper Dhoni for a four. He then bowls a leg side before the left-hander glances the fourth ball fine for a couple and picks a single from the last ball to make it eight runs from the over.

Chahal comes in from the other end, to bowl the 43rd over the innings with India holding back the pacers for the end.

Still no boundary for Sri Lanka as they collect five singles from the leg-spinner's  ninth over.

Axar finishes his spell with a wicket. Kapugedera looks for the inside out lofted shot but misses one which comes in with the arm to be bowled for 14.

Axar finishes with good figures of one for 35 in 10 overs as Sri Lanka are reduced to 181 for six in 44 overs.
