Mumbai 18-1 (3 ovs) vs KKR | Scorecard

Mumbai have a brand new opening pair as Saurabh Tiwary opens the innings with the in-form Lendl Simmons.

Trent Boult starts with a wide to left-hander Tiwary as the ball moves away considerably after pitching. He gets the line right with the next two balls as Tiwary is forced to play but is beaten before he picks a single to get off the mark.

Simmons survives a huge shout for LBW as Boult beats him with the inswinger before the next ball moves away and beats him again.

Colin de Grandhomme to bowl the second over. Tiwary punches the first ball through the covers where Yusuf Patel makes a lazy effort and is unable to get behind the ball to give away a four.

He comes down the track to the next ball and has a wild swing but is beaten. The fourth ball is short and Tiwary is happy to rock back and cut it over short thirdman for another four as 10 come from the second over.

Simmons throws his wicket away with a reckless shot. He tries to loft Boult down the ground but fails to time it and is caught by Sunil Narine at mid-off to be dismissed for a duck.

Rohit Sharma is nearly dismissed off the first ball as Boult gets it to bounce and move away, going past the edge of the bat.

Tiwary crashes the fifth ball through the covers for a four and keeps strike with one from the last ball.
