Three singles from the first three balls before McCullum slog sweeps the last ball over midwicket for a six.

Chawla comes under attack from McCullum, in the eighth over. McCullum is beaten by one that turns as the ball strikes the backfoot and goes past wicketkeeper Karthik, who appeals for LBW but the umpire gives it runs as it goes for a four.

The next ball is cut past point for a four and then slog sweeps the last ball over midwicket for a six.

Chawla is hit for 15 runs in his third over as RCB reach 67 for no loss in eight overs.

McCullum has recovered from a slow start to stroke 35 from 22 balls, while de Kock has hit 29 from 26 balls.
