Narine, Lynn give KKR a good start

KKR started with spin but RCB will opt for pace first up as Tim Southee opens the bowling for the hosts.

Three singles from the first four balls before Narine fends a short ball on the off-side as Kohli makes a valiant effort running forward from slips but is unable to complete the catch.

Another bouncer but it goes over Narine and is called a wide before he gets a single from the last ball to keep strike.

Umesh Yadav to bowl the second over. Narine clubs the first ball down the ground for a six before he steers a short ball over the slips for a four.

He tries to pull the last ball but gets a top edge which falls safely on the leg side as Umesh goes for 13 in his first over.

Southee continues the short ball tactics against Narine as he top edges pull which goes over short fine leg for a four.

The next ball is smashed past a diving a mid-on for another boundary before he defends the next ball which is again short.

The bouncers continue but this time it goes over Narine and is called a wide. A rare pitched up delivery as Narine lofts it over the covers but hasn't timed it too well for a couple.

11 from the over as KKR race to 29 for no loss in three overs.
