All maiden overs after lunch

Five overs have been bowled after lunch and all have been maidens.
There have been two drop catches but we've seen good cricket all around as the England batsmen have survived some good bowling.
Ishant continues over the wicket.
He is bowling in the channel of the off stump but Cook does well to just the ball go past to the keeper.
Bumrah continues and this time Moeen Ali gets a life off the 2nd ball.
The ball flies off Moeen's bat to the left of Kohli, who drops the ball at slip.
Bumrah then bowls the next ball into the batsmen. Beautiful ball.
Moeen happy to leave the deliveries around his off stump and leg stump as another maiden is bowled.
Ishant continues and bowls a lovely over to Cook.
Cook gets a reprieve. He gets a leading edge and is dropped by Rahane a little wide off the slip cordon.
Bumrah bowling from the other end after lunch and he starts from around the wicket to Moeen.
What an over! Again fuller deliveries but this time taking Moeen by surprise. Bowls two peaches back-to-back. He first makes the batsman play across, Moeen closes the face of the bat but takes the edge of the bat.
Next ball is unplayable. Moeen made to play at it as the ball goes past the outside edge.
Ishant comes back into the attack after lunch and is bowling the offside line.
Cook moving his foot well and does well to negotiate that over.
