Dhawan hits the first ball straight to the fielder in the covers as both openers set for a quick run. Dhawan makes a late call to turn back leaving Shaw stranded who is run out by a direct hit from Mandeep in the covers.

Dhawan brings some relief back to the Delhi camp after the run out with successive boundaries. He gets a thick outside edge which goes fine on the off-side for a four before he slashes a short wide ball over point for the same result.
