India 28-1 (4 ovs) vs WI | Scorecard

Cottrell continues as he again drifts on the pads and Rahul clips it to fine leg for a single.

Rohit then attempts the pull shot but fails to connect and is hit on the box before he misses the flick off a full delivery next ball as he takes a leg bye.

Another ball on the leg stump as Rahul clips it past square leg for two runs.

Rahul then makes room trying to hit the pacer through the off-side but is beaten by a yorker.

The last ball is finally outside the off-stump as Rahul drives it through the covers where the fielder does well to keep it down to just one.

Pierre strikes the early blow with the wicket of Rahul. The right-hander looks to break free as he goes for the slog sweep but holes out to the fielder at deep midwicket to perish for 11.

Interesting tactics from India as all-rounder Shivam Dube is promoted to No 3 ahead of the in-form captain Virat Kohli.

Rohit taps Pierre on the off-side for a single before Dube gets off the mark with two runs courtesy of an overthrow as he went for a quick to single to mid-off.

Dube then drives the fifth ball to long-on for one before Pierre pulls out of the delivery at the last minute.
