England 46-1 (10 ovs) vs Afg | Scorecard

Mujeeb bowls another tidy over, conceding just two singles, for a total of just 16 runs in five overs, not allowing the two batsmen to break free in the Powerplay.

Pacer Zadran continues to bowl short as Vince miscues the pull shot before he gets the shot right next ball for two runs.

But he perishes attempting another pull shot as he gets the top edge and is caught at short fine leg for 26.

Some good tight bowling by Afghanistan has resulted in this wicket as Vince tried to break the shackles but was unable to control the pull shot.

Joe Root gets a short ball first up which goes high over him and is called a wide before he gets off the mark with a single.

Afghanistan have not let England get away in the Powerplay, restricting them to 46 for one in 10 overs, on a pitch which looks completely flat.

Bairstow has taken his time to get his eye in, scoring a cautious 17 from 28 balls.
