Guptill then gets a thick inside edge as he tries to drive it straight and the ball races through midwicket for a four.

In the next over, Williamson taps Morris on the leg side for one before Guptill gets two runs to sweeper cover as the fielder fumbles.

Phehlukwayo overpitches as Williams drives it in some style through the covers for a four. He then tries to pull the next ball but gets a thick inside edge past the stumps for another boundary before taking two runs to square leg and then gets a single.

South Africa get lucky as Guptill goes back to play the pull shot and ends up breaking the stumps with his feet. He was not in control of the pull as the ball bounced a bit more than expected and he slipped after completing the shot to be dismissed hit wicket for 35.

A lucky break for South Africa to keep their hopes alive as New Zealand are reduced to 72 for two in 15 overs.
