The umpires are still not happy with the conditions, especially the outfield and have decided to wait for a little bit longer.

They will conduct another inspection at 3.30pm IST before deciding on when the match can begin.

"The umpires have judged the outfield is too wet to begin," tweeted Cricket World Cup's official handle.
