Two dot balls before Williamson clips it on the leg side for one and Neesham taps a slower ball to point for a single.
Wiliamson whips another slower ball through midwicket for two runs to take his score to 49.
Neesham finally connects as he slog sweeps Tahir over midwicket for a four to release some pressure and then takes one. A single to Williamson off the last ball helps the Kiwi captain raise his half-century from 72 balls.
Rabada is back into the attack. A single to Williamson on the leg side off the first ball before Neesham turns the third ball on the legs side for one.
Williamson then runs a wide delivery square past point for two runs to get four from the over.
New Zealand are 119 for four in 29 overs, needing another 123 runs from 20 overs for victory at an asking rate of just over six.
