India 179-all out (39.2 ovs) vs NZ | Scorecard

New Zealand pacer Trent Boult took four wickets to send India crashing for a lowly 179 in the World Cup warm-up match at the Oval in London on Saturday.

Ravindra Jadeja, batting at No  8, ended some respectability to India's total as he stroked a quickfire 54 from 50 balls, while Hardik Pandya made 30.

Boult rocked India early as he picked up the wickets of the two openers, Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan, who made two each, to make most of some helpful conditions early on. He also dismissed No 4 batsman KL Rahul, who was bowled off an inside edge for six.

Virat Kohli made 18 before he was bowled by Colin de Grandhomme, before Jimmy Neesham (3/26) ran through the lower middle order.

Jadeja played some strokes at the end, putting on 62 runs for the ninth wicket with Kuldeep Yadav (19).

Earlier, India had won the toss and elected to bat in the practice match, in which both teams will be using as many as 13 players.
