India 83-2 (20 ovs) vs B'desh 106 | Scorecard

Bangladesh's pacers have bowled a lot of loose deliveries, giving Indian batsmen some easy scoring opportunities, who have scored at more than four per over.

Ebadat drifts down the pads as Kohli glances it fine for a couple before he plays a beautiful drive through the covers, merely punching it off the front foot for a wonderful boundary as he races to 15 from nine balls. And even the bowler applauds the Indian captain's magnificent drive through the covers.

Al-Amin is back into the attack. Kohli is caught in two minds whether to leave or play as the ball goes off the face of the bat past the slips for a four.

Kohli has been quite positive with his footwork striding confidently forward to keep out full deliveries as he sees off the remaining five deliveries of the over.

In the next over, Ebadat drops short as Pujara punches it off the backfoot but can't beat the fielder at point. However, he finds the gap two balls later as he plays another cracking punch shot past point for a four.

Al-Amin beats Kohli with one that moves away enough to go past the edge before the India captain drills a full delivery through the covers for three runs.

India are well placed on 83 for two in 20 overs, with Pujara on 24 and Kohli on 23.
