Rahane picks a quick single to mid-off before Rohit glances the second ball fine for two runs and then picks another couple to square leg as India bring up their 200, in the 49th over, for an innings run rate of more than four.

Nortje comes back in place of Rabada. He gets the ball to jag in sharply as Rahane is beaten off the inside edge trying to defend before he plays out a maiden over.
