NZ 260-7 (82 ovs) vs India 165 | Scorecard

Ishant tries a short ball at de Grandhomme but it is down the leg side as he leaves, before he tries the pull shot next ball but fails to get it off the middle. The miscue goes in the air but well short of the fielder at fine leg.

Jamieson, meanwhile, brings out the pull shot yet again to good effect. A half-tracker from Ishant is pulled convincingly square on the leg side for a four.

Jamieson and de Grandhomme stitching together a nice partnership as the duo pick five singles off Shami, to take the score to 250 for seven in 80 overs.

India wasting no time as they immediately take the second new ball after 80 overs and Bumrah is called back to replace Shami.

The first ball is a full delivery on the stumps as de Grandhomme flicks it through midwicket for a four.

Two balls later he makes most of another overpitched delivery, punching it straight down the ground for another four as the lead approaches 100.

An angry Bumrah then goes to the bouncer which the right-hander easily ducks under.

Shami from the other end. He nearly strikes first ball as Jamieson initially looks to duck under a short ball but he stands tall and defends but ends up lobbing the ball back but Shami on his follow through is unable to get to a low catch to his right, as he gets his finger tips to it.

He then gets an inside edge for a single to fine leg before de Grandhomme picks a single off the last ball to retain strike.
