India 10-0 (3 ovs) & 165 vs NZ 348 | Scorecard

A big task ahead for India's openers Prithvi Shaw and Mayank Agarwal, with the visitors looking to wipe out the 183-run lead.

Tim Southee to open the bowling for New Zealand. The first ball squares up Shaw totally as he plays from the crease and is beaten and hit high on the pads. This was nearly the same ball which got him in the first innings but this time the ball is not that full.

Shaw is squared up again as he defends the full delivery and then blocks the next two before taking a single on the leg side to get off the mark.

Agarwal then drives the last ball through the covers for a four to get off the mark in some style.

Trent Boult, who played a good hand with the bat, will share the new ball from the other end.

Shaw nudges the second ball on the leg side for a single and Agarwal watchfully defends the rest of the over as Boult starts off with a tidy over.

Southee beats Shaw outside the off-stump as he pokes away from his body before he inside edges the fourth ball for a single.

Agarwal turns the fifth ball on the leg side for one and Shaw clips the last ball uppishly in the gap through midwicket for two runs.
