India 179-5 (20 ovs) vs NZ | Scorecard

Southee to bowl the final over. Ravindra Jadeja takes a single from the first ball before Pandey smacks the slower knuckle ball high into the stands over long-on for a six.

Jadeja gets a lifeline as Santner puts down a simple catch at deep midwicket and also ends up giving away two runs. The left-hander makes it worse for Southee as he swings the next ball for a six over square leg and steals a quick bye off the last ball after he misses attempting a big hit, but India end on a high as they get 18 runs from the final over.

India finish on a healthy 179 for five in their 20 overs, with Pandey on 14 from six balls and Jadeja on 10 from 5 balls.
