KKR 25-1 (3 Ovs) vs Mumbai

Shubhman Gill and Rahul Tripathi are back together as openers.  Trent Boult starts with the new ball.  Tripathi defends the first ball. Tripathi is off the mark courtesy a misfield from captain Rohit Sharma. One run for Tripathi. Dot ball. Next is called wide. Gill defends the next ball. He finds gap between cover for a single. Just three runs off the first over for KKR.

Nathan Coulter-Nile comes from the other end. Gill leaves the first ball. The next two are called wide. Gill finds the gap and with soft hands pushes the ball to mid-on boundary. Should have been stopped by Bumrah. But four runs to Gill. He then takes a single. Yet another wide from Nathan Coulter-Nile. Tripathi leaves the next ball. Single to end the over. After two overs KKR are 12-0. Gill is on 6 (8) and Tripathi is on 2 (4).

Boult continues. Starts with two dot balls. Tripathi flicks and gets a single. Gill makes room and punches the ball to deep cover for a single. Tripathi sends the ball to the ropes for four runs. Krunal Pandya chases but won't get his hands on it.

Tripathi cuts and ball reaches Suryakumar Yadav at point. Sensational catch from Yadav as he jumps high to get Tripathi's wicket. He is gone for 7 from 9 balls.
