Mumbai 17-0 (2 ovs) vs CSK 114-9

The left-handed duo of Quinton de Kock and Ishan Kishan walk out the open the batting for Mumbai Indians, while Deepak Chahar will bowl the first over for CSK.

CSK will need a similar effort like the Mumbai Indians pacers' with the new ball if they are to make a match out of this.

The first ball is full and swings in to de Kock, who defends it, before he edges the outswinger next ball for a four to get off the mark.

Chahar then overpitches as de Kock plays a beautiful straight drive past the non-striker for another boundary and then plays out the last three balls, as eight runs come from the first over.

Josh Hazlewood from the other end.

He starts with a long hop, short and wide, as Kishan smashes it through the covers for a four to get going in some style.

Two balls later, he steers another short wide delivery past point for a boundary yet again and then keeps strike with a single from the last ball.

A good start for Mumbai as they reach 17-0 in two overs.
