Pacer Sandeep comes back into the attack.

Pant throws his bat at a wide delivery outside the off-stump as substitute wicketkeeper Sreevats Goswami appeals for caught behind but the umpire instead calls it a wide. SRH captain Warner takes the review which turns out to be a superb call as the Snicko shows that the left-hander had got an edge and is given out caught behind after a sedate 36 from 35 balls.

Tushar Deshpande gets off the mark with a single to long-on and Ravichandran Ashwin survives another confident shout off the next ball. He then pulls the fourth ball for a four behind square on the leg side to get off the mark before he survives a suicidal single to Holder at mid-off, who misses the direct hit.

Deshpande keeps strike with a single from the last ball.

Delhi can't even win the match now even if they hit sixes off every delivery as they need 110 from 18 balls for victory.

Holder comes back into the attack as Deshpande slams the first ball straight down the ground for a four and then gets two runs to thirdman.

The left-hander then swings the third ball over long-off for a six before he gets a single on the leg side.

He starts with a yorker as Pant hits it back to the bowler before he gets a single to long-off and Rabada picks one two balls later.

This is the first time in this IPL season that Iyer has fallen for a single digit score.

Shankar looks in some discomfort as the physio comes out to attend and he is forced to leave the field.

The first ball is the slower ball as Iyer defends it on the off-side before he looks to swing the next on the leg side as he gets just a single to deep midwicket and Pant also manages just one after playing a dot ball.

This is good bowling from Shankar as Iyer can get just one before Pant smashes the last ball straight down the ground for a four.

Marcus Stoinis promoted to No 3 and he shows intent rightaway as he hammers Sandeep over mid-on for a four off the first ball he faces before the pacer sends down a wide.

Stoinis then tries to hit the next two balls through the off-side but is unable to get a run, as Sandeep concedes just six runs in the first over.

Left-arm spinner Shahbaz Nadeem to bowl from the other end.

He starts with a short wide delivery which Rahane cuts past point for a four before he takes a single to midwicket and Stoinis takes one down the ground.

21:14   Warner, Saha power Sunrisers to 219 vs Delhi

SRH 219-2 (20 ovs) vs Delhi

Wriddhiman Saha and David Warner blasted quickfire half-centuries to power Sunrisers Hyderabad to a huge 219 for two against Delhi Capitals, in Dubai, on Tuesday.

Sent in to open the innings, Saha top-scored with an entertaining 87 from 45 balls, while Warner celebrated his birthday with a blazing knock of 66 from 34 balls.

The two openers laid the foundation as they put on 107 runs for the opening wicket from just 58 balls after Sunrisers were sent into bat by Delhi Capitals.

Saha, who opened the innings in place of the dropped Jonny Bairstow, went on the attack right from the start as he hit 12 fours and two sixes, while Warner was equally aggressive with eight fours and two sixes to his credit.

Manish Pandey finished unbeaten on 44 from 31 balls, while Kane Williamson made 11.

Earlier, Delhi Capitals skipper Shreyas Iyer won the toss and opted to bowl against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Delhi went with the same side that played in their last game while Sunrisers made three changes, replacing Jonny Bairstow, Priyam Garg and Khaleel Ahmed with Kane Williamson, Wriddhiman Saha and Shahbaz Nadeem.

21:06   Warner, Saha power Sunrisers to 219 vs Delhi

SRH 219-2 (20 ovs) vs Delhi

Williamson pulls the first ball for a single before Pandey swings a full toss through midwicket for two runs.

Pandey then hits a full delivery down the ground for a single to bring up SRH's 200 in the 18th over.

Stoinis does well to concede just singles from the last three balls, as he gives away just six runs in his second over.

Nortje is back into the attack to bowl the penultimate over.

The slower ball turns out to be a full toss but Pandey can only hit it towards deep midwicket for one and Williamson clips the next ball, again the slower full toss, for one to deep square leg.

Nortje then bowls a wide outside the off-stump before Pandey throws his bat at a full delivery as he gets a thick outside edge over short thirdman for a four.

Nortje then has Pandey in a tangle, who shuffles across and then surprisingly decides not to offer a shot to the yorker which goes under his feet and narrowly misses the leg stump.

Pandey is then beaten by a wide yorker before the pacer bowls another wide. The right-hander then slices a wide full toss wide of thirdman for two runs, to get 10 runs from the over, as SRH reach 212-2 in 19 overs.

Rabada, who has gone for 47 runs in his first three overs, will bowl the final over of the innings.

Williamson shuffles across and tries the paddle scoop but is beaten before he hits the next over point for a four and then takes a single on the leg side.

Just a single off the next ball to Williamson before Rabada bowls two dot balls in a row to Pandey and he slaps the last ball to sweeper cover for two runs.

A tidy ending by Rabada as he gives away just seven runs in the final as SRH finish on a huge 219-2 in their 20 overs.

Rabada goes wicketkless for the first time in 26 IPL games, as he concedes as many as 54 runs in his four overs.

Delhi did well to pull back things slightly at the end, as they gave away just 23 runs in the last three overs.

He then flicks the last ball through the leg side for two runs as Axar gives away just six runs in his final over.

Deshpande is back into the attack, to bowl the 17th over.

A single to Williamson off the first ball before Pandey smashes the next straight back past the bowler for a four but is unable to make most of a full toss, flicking it to the square leg fielder.

Deshpande goes short as Pandey pulls it through midwicket for a four before he despatches a full toss over midwicket for a six, to get 15 runs from the over, as SRH reach 196-2 in 17 overs.

Pandey pulls the first ball for two runs to deep midwicket and then tries the same shot again but only for a single to long-on.

Saha attempts a wild swing over the leg side but misses before he gets a single to fine leg and Pandey taps a full toss to deep midwicket for another run.

Saha then makes room and ramps the slower bouncer over short thirdman for a four to take his score into the 80s.

Nortje is back into the attack.

Pandey does his job by taking a single off the first ball down the ground before Saha makes room and lofts the next over the covers for a four.

However, he perishes off the next delivery as he goes for another lofted shot but this time he skies it high on the off-side and is caught by Iyer.

Saha walks back after an entertaining 87 from 45 balls, having hit 12 fours and two sixes, after putting on 63 runs from 29 balls for the second wicket with Pandey, who is batting on 11.

Nortje then tries the short ball but it goes high over Pandey and is ruled a wide before he smashes the last ball back over the bowler's head for a four, to take SRH to 175-2 in 15 overs.

Saha then punches a short delivery from Axar through the off-side for a four before he takes a single off the last ball, to get 15 runs from the over.

Rabada, who was hit for 27 in two overs, comes back into the attack.

He is unable to get the flick shot off the first ball before he cuts the next uppishly over point for two runs and then cuts the third ball for a single to thirdman and Pandey gets one to midwicket.

Rabada then tries the short ball, not at full pace though, as Saha is early into the pull shot but is hit on the body as it goes fine on the off-side for four byes. He then swings the length ball from Rabada over midwicket for a six, to race to 78 from 40 balls, with SRH on 156-1 in 13 overs.

Ashwin continues despite going for runs in his first two overs.

Saha punches the first ball into the covers but can't find the gap before he clips the next through midwicket for a single.

Warner then makes room and lofts Ashwin straight down the ground for a four as the fielder at long-off is unable to keep the ball inside the boundary.

However, Ashwin gets revenge off the very next delivery as Warner attempts another lofted shot but this time he miscues it high on the off-side and is caught by Axar Patel.

Warner walks back after a cracking innings of 66 from 34 balls, having hit two sixes and eight fours, after putting on 107 runs for the opening wicket with Saha from 58 balls.

Saha punches the fifth ball through the covers for two runs before he sweeps the last ball fine for a four, as Ashwin goes for 11 in his third over.

Pandey then lofts the pacer over the fielder at mid-off for three runs before Saha gets a leg bye off the last ball as he misses the flick and is hit on the pads, with SRH on 127-1 in 11 overs.

Singles from the next three balls before Warner clips the last ball through the leg side and comes back for the second run, to get 11 from the over as SRH reach 95-0 in eight overs.

Saha clips the first ball on the leg side for a single and Warner hits the next through the covers for one.

Warner then flicks the fourth ball wide of the fielder at long-on for two runs before he smashes a wide delivery through the covers for a four and gets a single from the last ball.

Rabada is back into the attack as Warner continues his fiery start. He clubs the first ball over the fielder at mid-on for a four and then smashes the next over the fielder at covers for another boundary.

Two balls later, Warner swings a length ball over midwicket for a six before he steers a wide delivery behind point for another to race to his fifty from just 25 balls to celebrate his birthday in some style.

The last ball is again wide as Warner guides it past short thirdman for another boundary as Sunrisers race to 77 for no loss in six overs.

19:24   Delhi elect to bowl; Williamson back for SRH

With Jason Holder doing well with the ball, Sunrisers had no option but to leave out Jonny Bairstow as they brought in New Zealand captain Kane Willamson.

Bairstow has done well with the bat this season with 345 runs from 11 games with three half-centuries and was unlucky to be left out in a must-win game for Sunrisers.

Left-arm spinner Shahbaz Nadeem comes back into the team in place of left-arm pacer Khaleel Ahmed, while Wriddhiman Saha will take over the gloves in Bairstow's absence as he is brought in for Priyam Garg.

Delhi have retained the same team as Ajinkya Rahane gets another chance to prove himself with the bat.

Check out the playings XI of the two teams:

Sunrisers Hyderabad: David Warner (captain), Kane Williamson, Manish Pandey, Vijay Shankar, Wriddhiman Saha (w/k), Jason Holder, Abdul Samad, Rashid Khan, Shahbaz Nadeem, Sandeep Sharma, Thangarasu Natarajan.

18:39   Delhi aim to seal play-off berth against SRH

Welcome to the coverage of the 47th match of the Indian Premier League between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals, in Dubai, on Tuesday.

Delhi Capitals would look to complete the unfinished business and seal their place in the play-offs, while Sunrisers face a must-win game in order to keep their slim hopes alive of advancing.

Having suffered back-to-back defeats against Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab, Delhi will aim to get back to winning ways and take their points tally to 16, which would also elevate them to the top of the table.

On the other hand, Sunrisers' hopes on making it to play-offs are hanging by a thread. David Warner and his men occupy the penultimate spot with eight points from 11 outings.

To reach the qualifiers they must win their remaining three games, while also hoping the other results go their way.

Delhi possess an explosive batting department as well as a formidable bowling unit. They have not been dependent on any one person, as different players have raised their hands at different points of time to deliver the goods for the team. However, apart from Shikhar Dhawan, the Delhi batsmen have been very inconsistent in the last three games.

Against Kolkata Knight Riders, the Delhi batsmen crumbled under pressure, managing to put up only 139 runs in 20 overs while chasing 194.

Opener Prithvi Shaw, who has been going through a lean patch, was replaced by Ajinkya Rahane but to no avail as the senior Indian player perished without opening his account.

Rishabh Pant and Shimron Hetmyer have also struggled since their return to the playing XI.

The South African pace duo of Kagiso Rabada (23 wickets) and Anrich Nortje (14) have been exceptional.

Sunrisers head into the clash after a demoralising loss. Chasing a modest 127 against Kings XI, the complexion of the match changed following the dismissal of openers Warner and Jonny Bairstow in quick succession.

The former champions lost five wickets in the final two overs to suffer a humiliating defeat.

The team heavily relies on its batting unit, mainly on Bairstow, Warner and Manish Pandey. Vijay Shankar did well in the win against Rajasthan Royals but couldn't replicate his performance against Kings XI.

The bowling unit strengthened by the inclusion of Jason Holder was outstanding in the previous game and skipper Warner will desperately hope they put up a similar display against Delhi.
