Delhi 43-2 (8 ovs) vs Hyderabad 162-4

Left-arm Abhishek Sharma comes into the attack.

Three singles from the first three balls before Dhawan comes down the track and attempts a big shot but gets a thick inside edge for a single to square leg.

Sharma then bowls a big wide down the leg side to Iyer and manages to even beating wicketkeeper Bairstow, for two extra runs followed by two more singles to get eight from the over.

Leg-spinner Rashid Khan comes into the attack from the other end.

He gets the first ball to turn sharply as Iyer is beaten trying to defend before the leggie strikes next ball.

Iyer lofts a full delivery over the off-side but ends up holing out to Abdul Samad at sweeper cover to perish for 17.

Rashid strikes early in his spell with the key wicket of Iyer as Delhi are reduced to 42-2, in the eighth over.

Dhawan clips Rashid through square leg for a single before Rishabh Pant plays out the remaining three deliveries with utmost caution.

An excellent start with the ball by Rashid as he concedes just a single while pegging Delhi back by taking the wicket of their captain Iyer, as they are left struggling on 43-2 in eight overs.
